Submission of Abstracts

Submit your abstract by 16 May 2021.

Submissions are invited for 30-minute presentations (20 minutes for presenting and 10 minutes for discussion). Abstracts should be submitted in English. They should be no more than 350 words in length (excluding references), include 3 to 5 keywords, and clearly state the research question(s), approach, method and (expected) findings.

Please make sure that you upload an anonymized version of your submission as a .DOC or .DOCX file – do not include your name or affiliation in the text and remove personal information in the document's metadata.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we have decided to postpone the conference. Abstracts that reached us before 13 September 2020 have already been reviewed by the Scientific Committee. If you submitted an abstract before that date and have not yet been notified about its acceptance or rejection, please contact us by e-mail at fireti2022@univie.ac.at. 

If you have already submitted an abstract and received a notification from the Organising Committee, you do not need to resubmit your abstract.
